Ordering & Sizing
What size should I choose?
S fits a bookshelf, M works well on a desk or nightstand, and L makes a statement piece. Sizes are S 4.7"×2.5" (12×6.5cm), M 5.5"×2.9" (14×7.5cm), L 6.2"×3.5" (16×9cm) — hand-finished, so dimensions may vary by ±0.2" (0.5cm).
What's included in the box?
Your lamp, a remote control (battery not included), and a USB cable. It's USB powered (5V) — works with any USB port, adapter, or power bank.
Can I customize the LED colors?
Yes — every lamp includes 16 RGB LED color options, switchable anytime with the included remote.
Crafting & Shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Each lamp is made to order — crafting takes 7–10 business days in our Vietnam workshop. Shipping then takes 8–15 business days to the US, 10–15 to the UK/Europe, 12–20 to Canada, and 15–20 to Australia/NZ and other regions.
Why does it take so long to make?
Nothing is mass-produced. Each piece goes through 5 stages — design, sculpt & paint, build the scene, pour/cure/effects, and polish & light — with resin curing alone taking at least 3 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also revisit your order status page anytime using the link in your confirmation email.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is $15 to the US (free over $120) and $21 internationally (free over $150).
Care & Returns
How do I care for my resin lamp?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. If the lamp ever detaches from its base — this is by design, to prevent damage in transit — it simply clips back in.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.
What's your guarantee?
30 days — if any part fails (LED, base, resin finish), we cover that too. Free replacement or full refund, either way.
